Can be returned for exchange or refund for up to 14 days from purchase as long as they are clean and in the original box. Worn shoes will not be exchanged or refunded.

Worn Shoes

Defective

• If shoe is less than 6 months old and in our determination shows normal wear – 100% store credit towards replacement.
• If shoe is 6 months to 1 year old and in our determination shows normal wear – 50% store credit towards replacement..

Worn Out

No exchange or credit is given on shoes worn out or ruined due to work environment.

Worn Out Examples:

• Shoe leather torn by catching on something
• Upper leather dried or ruined by exposure to oil, water, gasoline, chemicals, etc.
• Lining under steel toe ‘worn out’ by rubbing toenail.
• Holes in leather due to wear.
